I beg all of you to write a letter before my PCR is decided (including those of you outside Alaska), in your own words if possible (with a line or so about yourself if you wish), stating as much of the following as you feel comfortable with:
Template for a letter
(1) That you have PERSONALLY reviewed the facts, law, and filings that apply to David Haeg’s case.
(2) The facts and law prove David Haeg’s PCR application CANNOT be dismissed before he is allowed to compel attorney testimony at a formal deposition.
(3) The facts and law prove David Haeg was deprived of numerous basic constitutional rights, this devastated his life – and that this is unacceptable.
(4) The facts and law prove David Haeg’s attorneys and the State of Alaska intentionally used deception and the color of law to deprive these rights – and that this is unacceptable.
(5) The facts and law prove even the official court record was tampered with to deprive David Haeg of his defenses – and that this is unacceptable.
(6) The facts and law prove the State is continuing to attempt to deceive everyone in their Motion to Dismiss - so David Haeg’s PCR application is dismissed before he can compel the attorneys to testify – which will have the direct effect of keeping the above crimes covered up – and that this is unacceptable.
(7) That a named defendant and material witness has been assigned as judge in this case, at the State’s suggestion – and that this is unacceptable.
(8) That the reason all this is unacceptable is not because of the incredible damage to David Haeg and his family – it is unacceptable because it may be your sons and daughters who are the next victims to be framed for a crime they did not commit by this incredibly effective, hard-to-believe, and hard-to-prove alliance between Alaska’s prosecutors and defense attorneys.
(9) That you will do anything and everything needed to stop this attack on our constitution, along with informing the rest of the public of what is going on.
(10) That the public can and must defend the constitution if the government cannot or will not.
(11) That the oath millions of us Americans have taken; “I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and DOMESTIC…” demands nothing less.

Make phone calls or visit in person if you can’t write. Be specific that NOTHING is acceptable except court proceedings that comply with ALL constitutional rights – because entire family’s, like mine and yours, hang in the balance.
Why I am going to obtain justice at all cost: During the darkest days, as things got ever worse without hope, I did things no one should live through. Attorney Brent Cole has since testified under oath he thought I was going to commit suicide because the State had seized everything I needed to provide a livelihood for my family – and then testified he knew at the time the seizure and prosecution was illegal and unconstitutional but didn’t tell us – when we had paid him and other attorneys hundreds of thousands to protect us.
Once we realized trusted persons knowingly violating the United States Constitution caused these brushes with suicide we talked of all the others who didn’t make it, committed suicide, and left behind broken families. Then we talked of all those this is going to happen to unless something is done.
On that day something happened to me. I decided it was more important to end this incomprehensible corruption, even at the cost of my life, then to live a full life knowing it continues unchecked.
In the next days I will be calling all of you to get your word that you have (1) read the PCR filings; (2) you have contacted the requested people; and (3) you have forwarded this email on to at least everyone you have addresses for. You might also forward it to those in business, the media, the government, and/or organizations such as SCI & ACLU.
I would also like a copy of the letter you write and if you have other ideas. If you don’t believe me about how bad it really is and just how big this case will become, long-time attorney Dale Dolifka, 262-2910, has said he would be happy to talk to anyone about it.
