Concerns of systemic corruption within Alaska's judicial system have grown rapidly in recent years.
One concern is Judge Joannides direct evidence against Marla Greenstein, the only investigator of all Alaskan judges for the last 33 years, and counting. Evidence indicates Greenstein has falsified official judge investigations to keep corrupt judges on the bench and ruling over us.
A second concern is direct evidence the judge investigator Marla Greenstein falsified a certified written document to cover her tracks.
A third concern is direct evidence that a district attorney has conspired with law enforcement to falsify physical evidence, and then, knowing it is false, used it at trial - and violated an official discovery request to keep his (and law enforcement's) crimes hidden.
Most shocking of all is direct evidence that district attorneys, Alaska's Deputy Attorney General, and judges (including some that are directly implicated in the corruption) and are unconstitutionally, illegally, and systematically stopping seated Alaskan Grand Juries that, on their own initiative, started investigating the district attorneys, judges, and judge investigator. And, in direct violation of page 26 of 2019 Alaska's Grand Jury Handbook (AK Court System Form J-185) prosecutors, district attorneys, Alaska's Attorney General, and Governor refused to give a 500-signature letter/petition, calling for a Grand Jury investigation into the forgoing, to the Grand Jury. See Letter/petition, Second stack of letter/petition signatures, Proof of receipt, & Evidence the letter/petition is not being provided to the Grand Jury.
To a growing number of Alaskan citizens, it appears Alaska's judicial system may be corrupt to the very core. And protecting itself by making sure a Grand Jury investigation, by normal Alaskan citizens, never takes place.
After examining the above evidence the Kenai Peninsula Borough Assembly, Funny River Community Association Board, & Homer City Council all unanimously passed resolutions to protest the constitutional violation. (See below). In addition the Nikiski Community Council unanimously passed a Letter of Support. (See below).

We found out that State officials have been deleting information out of the Alaska Grand Jury Handbook to keep Grand Jurors and Alaska citizens in the dark about the powers of Alaska's Grand Juries and of the right of Alaska citizens to approach and ask the Grand Jury to investigate. 2016 Grand Jury Handbook - from which information on the days the Grand Jury meets was deleted (see page 6 & 7 which were deleted in the 2019 Alaska Grand Jury Handbook).
Original Alaska Grand Jury Handbook - from which all the yellow highlighted information was deleted - which explains the right of Alaska citizens to directly ask the Grand Jury for investigations and informs the Grand Jury of their right to initiate investigations into public officials and agencies on their own.

Department of Justice section chief Colton Seale states investigations into this

exhausting state remedies before DOJ may prosecute – explaining the cover
up/delay by ACJC, Bar, etc.
Grand jury investigations into this have been illegally shut down by the same government
officials the grand jury wanted to investigate.
Pat
Doyle, Anchorage Daily News president, states the evidence cannot be published
until arrests are made – as until then those implicated will decide
retaliatory lawsuits against ADN. Andrew Peterson - an attorney with Alaska
Department of Law - is now offering to change corrupt judgments only if those
harmed agree to give up the right to sue & expose those involved – more
